Konnyaku Coconut flavour Jelly with add goji berries
- Pour 1 packet of Happy Grass Konnyaku Jelly Powder into a pot.
- Add 1,250ml of coconut juice into a pot slowly. Stir continuously to prevent the mixture from forming lumps. Bring the mixture to boil .. switch off and set aside.
- I don't add malic acid
- Pour the coconut jelly mixture into mould until 2/3 full ..allow to cool down 1- 2 minutes and then put in the goji berry in the jelly mixture mould .... wait for another 1 - 2 minutes to set and pour another 1/3 some more coconut jelly mixture on top of the mould again..
- (This step will prevent the gogi berry from floating on the surface )
- Allow jelly to set before placing into refrigerator.
- For best result, leave the konnyaku jelly in the refrigerator overnight.
Note:
- Soak goji berry in a bowl of water best 10 -15 minutes... ( I don't like too soft & depend on own preferences)
- If you prefer the jelly soft add until 1400ml not more then this otherwise it will be too soft..
- Best follow 1250ml to get the QQ chewy texture.
