Ingredient A
Blend with water to make paste
3 heeps tablespoon Baba Curry powder
1tsp tumeric powder
Ingredient B
Blended this ..as for me I just chop with knife till tiny
5 Garlic
8 Red Onions
2 inches ginger
Ingredient C (Optional I add to enhance the smell)
5 cardamons
5 cloves
2 small cinnamon stick
salt and sugar to taste
Method
Heat up pan add oil and add ingredient A,B C fry till frangrant.
Add a bowl of water (Depending how concentrate or dilute you want it to be)
Once boil add sotong leave to boil and once boil add 1/4 cup coconut milk wait to boil
and that's it.
Note: The rest to taste accroding to your taste.
should add curry leave but I don't have, so tak adalah…lol
