1/2 village chicken
(A) Marinade Sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp ginger juice (optional )
1 tsp chicken granules
100ml water
B: Chinese herbs
Chinese herbs bought from chinese medical hall
DIRECTIONS:
Boil 500ml water in a pot, add in chinese herbs and marinade sauce and 400ml water to a boil for 10 minutes
Fold the foil over the chicken. Seal the parcel by folding in lengthwise, then followed by the two sides.
Steam the foil packages at high heat for estimation about 1 hour
