Coffee flavour Topping
120 g all-purpose flour
100 g unsalted butter
90 g castor sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp hot water
(if you don’t want to do coffee flavour, feel free to use only vanilla or other flavouring extracts as you wish)
