KUNGPAO SQUID WITH FISH MAW

When I frequent Chinese restaurant .. I would always love to order Kung pao..therefore I find a need for myself to learn up cooking my favourite dish . 

It does really goes very well with a hot plate of rice

Well home cooked is the best  try it yourself .Happy trying



Squid and Fish Maw (soak fish maw till soft)

Ginger, garlic, dry chillies,  brown sugar/gula melaka. cornstarch solution , chicken granules. Scallion (daun bawang)

For the sauce:
4 tbsp Oyster sauce ,1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp black vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil . 3 tbsp Chinese wine
