Red Snapper Curry
Ingredient
2-3 pieces of red snapper fish
1 packet 230g AA1 curry paste
6 ladies fingers
4 tablespoon of Angel light soya sauce (To enhance the gravy taste)
Method
230g AA1 curry paste add into 500ml water
Add fish to simmer and ladies finger and when almost cook add 4 tbsp of angel light soya sauce + 50g coconut milk leave to boil 5-10 minutes. Dish up
Note:
No necessary to add any other seasoning unless according to own preference .
