CRISPY FRIED BRINJAL WITH THAI CHILLY SAUCE




Cut the brinjal like this. marinate with a little oyster sauce and a few dashes of pepper .Leave to marinated for at least 1-2 hours. After that remove  away the sauce juice..liquid.. and sprinkle some tapioca flour ready to deep fried. No need salt cos oyster sauce already salty. Once deep fried ready ..just place it on a plate and pour some thai chilli sauce and sprinkle some daun ketumbar. That's it.
