SIX CHINESE HERBS WITH PORK RIBS SOUP (LAK BEE SOUP)




I use a pot of boiling water to boil the pork ribs for 5 minutes and set aside



Ingredients
300 gram pork rib
1- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 liter water

35 g Chinese yam (Chinese: huai shan)
30 g lotus seeds (Chinese: lian zi)
 30 g lily bulbs (Chinese: bai he)
 30 g fox nuts (Chinese: qian shi)
 30 g Solomon seal rhizome (Chinese: yu zhu)
25 g dried longan

 10 Red dates

Methods
Wash, rinse and drain aside
In a pressure cooker with  3 litre water bring to boil
Add in pork ribs and 6 chinese flavour herbs to a boil for 15-20 minutes.

Seasoning
salt and chicken granules ( add in seasoning according to own preference )

Note: Dry longan can be added too according to own preference
