500 g fresh sotong
2 stalk lemongrass
4 green chilly
2-3 chilly padi
1 fresh lime
200 ml coconut milk
100 ml plain water
(mixed coconut milk and water )
Ingredient to blend
10 dried chillies (Soak with hot water)
8 shallot
4 cloves garlic
1 stalk lemongrass
2 cm fresh turmeric
3 cm galangal
Seasoning
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
