SOTONG LEMAK CHILLY API








  


Heat up a wok add in 4 tbsp oil add in blended paste add in lemongrass and green chilly , saute till fragrant 

Add in 300  ml coconut milk an allow it to simmer in low heat 
Add in sotong

Add seasoning according to taste mixed well allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes Dish and serve








SOTONG MASAK LEMAK CHILLY API 










500 g fresh sotong 
2 stalk lemongrass 
4 green chilly
2-3 chilly padi 
1 fresh lime 

200 ml coconut milk 
100 ml plain water 
(mixed coconut milk and water )

Ingredient to blend

10 dried chillies (Soak with hot water)
8 shallot
4 cloves garlic 
1 stalk lemongrass
2 cm fresh turmeric
3 cm galangal

Seasoning 
2 tbsp oyster sauce 
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Direction 

  • Heat up  wok add in 4 tbsp oil add in blended paste,  saute till fragrant
  • add in lemongrass and green chilly continue to saute till fragrant 
  • Add in 300  ml coconut milk an allow it to simmer in low heat 
  • Add in sotong 
  • add lime and seasoning according to taste mixed well allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes 
  •  Dish and serve hot.
