SEAFOOD -SOTONG AND PRAWNS CURRY BABA'S



SEAFOOD BABA'S CURRY

Ingredient 
5 sotong 
5 prawns 
2 boil eggs 

5 long beans (optional)
300 ml water + 80 ml fresh coconut milk
20 ml tamarind juice
1 tsp maggi chicken granules powder
salt and sugar to taste 

Ingredient A
Blend with water to make paste


4 heap tablespoon Baba's curry fish powder

1 tsp chilli powder ( can reduce to those who do not like too spicy)
1/2  tsp turmeric powder 

Ingredient B

Blended this ..as for me I just chop with knife till tiny 
5 Garlic
8 Red Onions
1 inch ginger 

Ingredient C 
5 cardamons
5 star anise
2 small cinnamon stick 
salt and sugar to taste

Method
Heat up pan add oil 

Add ingredient B and  C fry till fragrant.
Add curry leaves
Add in curry paste stir fry until fragrant 
Add in long bean, tamarind juice.
Add a bowl of water and coconut milk, 
Once slightly simmer  add sotong, prawn and boil eggs.

Add salt and sugar according to own preference 
Let it simmer and that's it.
