Fried Noodles Hokkien Char
Ingredient
400 g yellow noodles
3 big prawns, de-veined
80 g sliced fish ball
50-60 g slice chicken fillet
150 g mustard green ( choy sum)
2 chopped cloves garlic
10 g soak chopped dried prawns
100 -150 ml plain water
1½ tsp cornflour + 2 tsp water
Seasoning
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp chicken granules
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
3-4 dash white pepper
Direction
Heat up a wok with 3 tbsp oil,
Add and saute chopped garlic til lightly brown
Add and saute dried prawn, chicken fillet, fish ball
Add in seasoning and water stir fried til fragrant.
Add in mustard green veg and prawns allow it to simmer .
Taste according to own salty and sweetness.
Add in yellow noodles and lastly add in a little cornstarch solution as per own preference .
Dish and served hot.
