For the tart :
60 g unsalted butter
40 g Castor sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp Vanilla flavor
130 g Wheat flour
Note: This recipe make estimate 7 tarts.. double to get more
Direction
Preheat oven 180c for 10 minutes
Mixed all the above. combine well to make a dough till smooth
Keep the dough in the fridge to chill for 1/2 hour or 1 hour
Bring out from the fridge roll and make 7 round tarts.
press and mold the dough on the tarts mold.
(Tips: To get a clear beautiful print of the tarts. use 2 tarts mold to press on each other)
Ready to bake
Put the tarts in the oven to bake for estimate 15 minutes..
as soon as you notice the rims of the dough is slightly brown
bring out and pour the the custard in. and place back in the oven to bake for another 10 - 15 minutes.. until you notice the rim of the pastry is brown but not burn .

LEMON CREAM CHEESE FLAVOR
For the filling:
4 egg yolk (Grade A )
60 g granulated sugar
165 ml plain water
75 ml milk
15 g Cornstarch
50 g cream cheese
10 g Lemon juice or (1/2 Lemon Juice)
Direction
1. A - Boil water to low boil add in sugar stir till dissolved.
2. B - 4 eggs (strained in a strainer)
3. Combined A & B and add milk, cornstarch powder, cream cheese and lemon juice mixed the well till all dissolved with no lumpy
4. I sifted 5-6 times again and again.. achieve smooth texture until I am satisfied.
5. In a double boiling pot, pour the custard and keep on stirring till a smooth and slightly thick. (looking like thick condense milk consistency)
Note
This recipe can make fillings for estimate 10 pieces of tarts.
if you find the texture soft you can add another 1 tsp cornflour with 1 tbsp water
to add to you custard..but ensure it is smooth and strain before adding.. otherwise your custard will be lumpy.
