EGG SAMBAL
Ingredient
4 boiled eggs (cut into 1/4)
2 curry leaves
6-7 shallots. (chop into small as possible)
Seasoning
1 tbsp chilli boh
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Direction
In a wok add in 3 tbsp oil and saute shallots until lightly brown
Add curry leaves stir fried till fragant
Add in seasoning and stir till well combine and as the gravy thickens
it is almost ready to dish up.
Taste salty and sweetnes as per own preference.
Spread gravy onto boiled..eggs...and wala... done..
