STEAM SALTED EGG AND EGGS





Mince pork. Spring onions  eggs ,salted eggs and water 

Add eggs and water in a bowl. Strained egg using a strainer to get a smooth custard. 















Ingredient 

2 eggs
1 salted egg 
90 ml plain water 

spring onion 

Direction 

Combined the 2 type of egg add plain water and lightly beat in a bowl 
Use a strainer to filter the eggs solution to another bowl 
Add  a drop of sesame oil 
Add a 1/2 tsp chicken granules. 
Prepare a steamer with hot boiling water 
Steam for 8-10 minutes. 
Serve while hot.
