TANGERY SUNQUICK PRAWNS

Ingredients
10 Fresh Prawns

2 cloves chop garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
200 ml water
Spring Onions
cornstarch solution  (1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbs water )

Seasoning sauce
6 tbsp Sunquick juice
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp honey
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Heat up wok add in 3 tbsp cooking oil  over medium-high heat.
Saute ginger, garlic until fragrant
Add seasoning sauce add 200 ml water stir till well combine
Add prawns, simmer prawns turning each side until they turn pink,
Be careful not to overcook. Pour some cornstarch solution for thickening .
Sprinkle some spring onion, combine well and dishes to serve hot.
