800 g Sea salt water prawns |
Add 200g water and 60 g course salt to simmer. |
Keep turning so they are evenly simmer until dry |
Drain prawn and dish aside to release excess water till dry before going to bake. |
By the time it is simmer it should looks slightly crispy like the one on the left ..and not the one on the right. |
Oven the prawns for one hour ..temperature set to 200c ...turning from time to time so they are evenly baked to crispy and not burn. |
