MAKING DRIED PRAWNS








800 g Sea salt water prawns
Add 200g water and 60 g course salt to simmer.
Keep turning so they are evenly simmer  until dry 

Drain prawn and dish aside to release excess water till dry before going to bake.

By the time it is simmer it should looks slightly crispy like the one on the left ..and not the one on the right.
 

Oven the prawns for one hour ..temperature set to 200c ...turning from time to time so they are evenly baked to crispy and not burn.
Final product of  the prawn 







Baked prawns should like this Crispy .. 
Put dried bake prawn in a net and use a chop stick to shake the skin away
