My all time favourite Yum yum sweet sour crab
Spicy Sweet and Sour Flower Crab
Ingredient A (Seasoning)
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp salted bean
2 tbsp L & P
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Ingredient B
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 round gula melaka
300 ml water
2 tsp cornstarch solution
salt and sugar to taste (as per own preference)
Chilly paste
6 fresh chillies + 2 inches ginger + 6 garlic (blended )
2 eggs - beaten
Note: I you want it spicier..then add more chilli
Direction
1) Heat up some oil in a wok and add in chilly paste stir fried till lightly fragrant.
2) Add in flower crab combine well with chilly paste until fragrant.
3) Add ingredient B combine and allow it to simmer till cooked.
4) Add in beaten eggs and lastly cornstarch solution
5) Dish up and serve.
