STEAMED TOMYAM PRAWN WITH TOMATO







Ingredients
8  Prawns
1 round tomato
1/2 Lime juice

Ingredient B
2 tbsp tomyam paste
1 tbsp L&P sauce (Optional)
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 lime juice
6 -7 tbsp water (estimate because it all depend if your like thick or dilute )
Method
Mixed all the ingredient B together
Cut and sliced tomato
Layer on a plate tomato and prawns..
Pour the sauce on the prawns and ready to steam
Steamed for 10-15 minutes.
Dish out and squeeze the lime juice on top

Note: 

Want it spicy hot add chilly padi.
more fragrant? add coriander leaves
too sour add more sugar    = own preference
