STEAMED PORK WITH FERMENTED BLACK BEAN
Ingredients : 

600g pork ribs - cut into bite size
2 tsp fermented black bean - wash & lightly smashed
5 cloves garlic - minced
1 tbsp ginger - minced
1 tbsp cornstarch

Seasoning :

2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
dash of pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp shaoxing wine
2 tbsp water 

*Optional : Red Chillies for Garnishing 

Methods

Clean pork ribs & marinate pork ribs with , garlic, ginger and seasonings.
Add cornstarch & mix evenly. Set aside & let it marinate for at least 20-30 minutes.
 Arrange pork nicely on the plate sprinkle black bean before steaming. 
 Make sure evenly line & not overlapping. Otherwise, those part will be difficult to cook.
Steam pork ribs over rapid boiling water for 30-40 minutes. 
(Depending those like it soft steam longer) 

Ready to serve.
