HOMEMAKE PAPRIKA WEDGES










Paprika Wedges 
Ingredient
5 potatoes cut to wedges size and bring to boil for 10 minutes 
(add a little salt to taste)

6 dessert spoon wheat flour 
3 tbsp tapioca flour.

Seasoning 

1 tsp basil
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp salt.
2 tsp chicken stock. 
1 tsp pepper.

Mixed all the ingredients with estimated 1/2 cup water.

Method 

Pour the mixture to the potatoes evenly and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours 
Then deep fried it.

That's all ..easy fresh
