Crispy Red fish head sweet sour sauce
Ingredient
1 Red fish head
(Crispy Deep Fried )
2 round fresh tomatoes
3 cloves chopped garlic
Seasoning
4 tbsp Chilly sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp L&P sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp Chinese wine
1 tsp abalone sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
150 ml water (estimate as per own preference )
2 tsp starch solution =( 2 tsp starch : 2 tbsp water)
Method.
In a hot wok stir fry chopped garlic till brown and fragrant .
Add in seasoning and fresh tomatoes. Leave to simmer and add in starch solution .
Add in crispy fried fish stir till well combine
Add in salad dressing to garnish wala.. dish up .

Cucumber
Carrots
2 medium shallots
Season with salt for 10 minutes set aside.
Drain wash away salt and use 2 tbsp white vinegar and 2 tbsp sugar
Leave a side to marinate.
Garnishing
Spring Onions - shred to slices.
