MIANG KHAM SAUCE




Gula melaka, Lengkuas, dried prawns, ginger  and belacan


Blend all the ingredient in a blender

Bring all blended ingredient add with 250ml water to a boil and allow it to simmer till the gravy thicken.. add some cornstarch  keep stirring till thicken .
Set aside to cool down


This is how it looks like when cool. Ready to be jar into a small bottle. This recipe indeed is a really keeper. Yummy indeed .
