Shrimp Paste Chilli Dip (Nam Prik Kapi )
10 Red chilly
3 padi chilly
2 tsp dried soak shrimp (pounded into smallest size)
2 tsp roasted thai shrimp paste
4 small shallots
4 garlic
Ingredient B
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tsp palm sugar
5 tbsp lime juice
5 tbsp water
Method
In a mortar pound red chilly and 3 padi chilly,then add garlic and shallots to pound
Add dried shrimp and roasted shrimp paste
Add in ingredient B to blend.
Dish or bottle up
Blend and taste according to own preference..
If you want it to be more concentrate then reduce the water.
