MIXED FRUIT CUTTLEFISH SALAD
























Ingredient
Dried Cuttlefish
Fruits
Papaya
Pineapple
cucumber
Onion
Dried prawns ( stir fried in a wok without oil to bring out the fragant)

Seasoning
Fish sauce
Lime Juice
Thai chilly sauce
sugar
Garlic

Make the dressing:

In a medium bowl  combine Ingredient A and seasoning
Mixed till well combine
Add in cilantro and mints lastly .
Serve immediately

Note

The salad can be prepare earlier ahead and refrigerated, covered.
Cut cilantro and mint , just before mixing with the salad, so their flavor won’t have time to fade.
 Let it sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before dressing.
Could add on roasted sesame seed and peanuts according to own preferences
