STIR FRIED MIXED VEG WITH CHICKEN FILLET

STEP BY STEP 
Marinate Chicken Fillet with premium oyster sauce. 
Heat up non stick pan and fried until light brown and cook
Dish up and set aside

Heat up a wok and add in 3  cooking oil. Saute ginger,then garlic till fragrant. 
Add in carrots, baby sweet corn, Snow peas and brocolli. Stir fried until fragants. 
Add in seasoning stir fried for a few seconds.    Add in water and allow it to simmer for a few second. Taste salty and 
sweetness as per preference.
Add in sufficient starch solution for thickening till well combine. 
Lastly add in chicken fillet combine well and dish up.

Stir Fried Mixed vegetable with chicken fillet

Ingredient 
  • 250 g chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster premium sauce 
  • Ingredient - Vegetable
  • 200 g Brocolli 
  • 6 baby corn sliced into halves
  • 10-15 snow pea bean 
  • 1/2 slice carrot
Ingredient - Seasoning 
  • 1 tbsp premium Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Chinese wine
  • 1 tsp sugar 
Ingredient 
  • 3-4 cm Sliced Ginger
  • 5 mashed garlic,
  • Cornstarch solution 
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch flour
  • 4-5 tablespoon water
Others
  • 7-8 tablespoon - Sufficient Cooking oil 
  • Direction
