APAM BALIK/PEANUT PANCAKES
Ingredient A-Proofing Yeast
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 3 tbsp warm water
Mixed until dissolved and set aside for estimate 10 minutes or

Ingredient B
- 170 g plain flour
- 80 g rice flour
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml plain water
- 1 tsp double action baking powder
Direction
Mixed all ingredient, add water by 2 batches till smooth combine. Use a strainer to strain batter to ensure lumps free. Set aside for 30 minutes for proofing.
Ingredient-Filling
- Toasted chopped Peanut
- Toasted Sesame seed
- Cream Sweet Corn
- Sugar
- Nutella paste (optional)
- 1 tsp unsalted butter (optional)
Direction
Heat up a non stick pan using as lowest heat as possible.
