APAM BALIK/PEANUT PANCAKES

Ingredient A-Proofing  Yeast
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 3 tbsp warm water
Mixed until dissolved and set aside for estimate 10 minutes or 
until double. This way you will always knows your yeast is active.
Ingredient B
  • 170 g  plain flour
  • 80 g rice flour
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 200 ml plain water
  • 1 tsp double action baking  powder
Direction 
Mixed all ingredient, add water by 2 batches till smooth combine. Use a strainer to strain batter to ensure lumps free. Set aside for 30 minutes for proofing. 

Ingredient-Filling
  • Toasted chopped Peanut
  • Toasted Sesame seed
  • Cream Sweet Corn 
  • Sugar
  • Nutella paste (optional)
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter (optional)
Direction 
Heat up a non stick pan using as lowest heat as possible.
Give batter a stir before scoping 2 ladle into pan. Allow estimate 2 minutes notice pancake beehieve structure starts to form.
Spread fillings on the pancake. Leave it another 2-3 minutes. When the surface begins to slightly dry. 
Place a wooden chop stick somewhere in the center as a center point guideline and flip using spatula to fold into half. 
Best served when hot.
