FRIED LADIES FINGER WITH DRIED PRAWNS SAMBAL BELACAN
Ingredient 
6 sliced ladies finger

Ingredient 
4 shallots
1 garlic
1 tbsp chilly paste
1 tsp shrimp paste powder
(Note:  I loved using pounding method )

Seasoning  
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Chicken granules
(Note: As per preference)

Direction 
Heat up low medium heat add some cooking oil and saute ingredient A until aromatic .
Add in ladies finger and add seasoning as per  own preference.
Keep frying until ladies finger lightly soften
And wala plate your ladies fingers and they are ready to be serve hot.

Note:
1) Wash and pad dry ladies finger before slicing. This will prevent the sliming ladies finger dripping  out.
