CHICKEN PARSLEY WITH BLACK SWEET VINEGAR




Chicken parsley in black sweet vinegar the perfect balance of sweet, sour and aroma especially from black sweet vinegar, parsley and ginger, making  this dish simply irresistible taste with such a great tasty flavorful gravy .


CHICKEN PARSLEY WITH BLACK SWEET VINEGAR 

Ingredient
3 pcs Boneless Chicken thigh (Cut into chunk size)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white pepper
Note:
Marinate all the above for 4 hours

Ingredient
20 g sliced young  ginger
5 cloves sliced garlic 
2 fresh sliced chilly 
150 ml black sweet vinegar
200 ml water
30 g palm sugar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt and sugar to taste

Method
Heat up 2 tbsp of oil.
Fried  ginger, garlic and fresh chilly fry until fragrant.
Add chicken and fry well until fragrant
Add in black vinegar, water ,palm sugar usually takes 15-20 mins.
Taste salty, sweet and sour , lastly add chop parsley according to own preference.
Ready to serve hot

Note:
You may fried the chicken if you choose to. 
You may add a tbsp of honey 
Black Sweet Vinegar to  be added according to own preference on how you can accept the tolerence of sourish..

Well all ingredient can be adjusted as per own preference.
