Huat Kuih Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g rice flour (3 Elephant Brand)
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 150-180ml water (adjust as needed)
  • 6-7 drops pink coloring (Star Brand)
  • 5-6g ENO Original

Method:

  1. Mix rice flour, caster sugar, and water until well combined.
  2. Add pink coloring and mix.
  3. Stir in ENO and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into kuih talam molds.
  5. Steam for 20-25 minutes.
