Huat Kuih Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g rice flour (3 Elephant Brand)
- 110g caster sugar
- 150-180ml water (adjust as needed)
- 6-7 drops pink coloring (Star Brand)
- 5-6g ENO Original
Method:
- Mix rice flour, caster sugar, and water until well combined.
- Add pink coloring and mix.
- Stir in ENO and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Pour into kuih talam molds.
- Steam for 20-25 minutes.
