Curry Chicken Fillet with Potatoes 

Ingredients

  • 400 chicken breast fillet (Optional to use any parts and cut into desire pieces)
  • 2 pcs salted fish fillet 
  • 4-tablespoon cooking oil 
Ingredients (pound)
  • 6 pieces shallots
  • 4 pip  garlic
  • 1 inch ginger

Ingredients - Spices

  • 2 stick cinnamon
  • 4 Cloves, 
  • 2 star anise,
  • 4 cadarmon pods
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek

Ingredient 

  • 4 tablespoon Baba's meat curry powder 
  • 1/2 tsp poppy powder 
  • 350 ml water + & -
Ingredient - Seasoning 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock granules 
Direction 
  • Heat a medium heat wok with cooking oil. 
  • Stir fry, saute until lightly brown and aromatic, add spices continuously to stir fry to prevent burn. 
  • Add in curry &  poppy powder spices continuously stir fry until aromatic. as it gets drier add some water to prevent burn.
  • Add in chicken, salted fish fillet and seasoning. 
  • Add in potatoes, combine and lower heat to simmer for another 10 minutes 
  • You may notice curry starts lightly thickens & they are ready to dish up. 

Note:  Adjust as per own preference
Adjust + or - water 
Add or omit curry leaves 
Add or omit Coconut milk
