Steam chinese sausage with salted fish
Ingredient
1 sliced Chinese sausage
A few slices of salted kurau fish
1 stalk spring onions
Ingredient
2 crush garlic
4 cm slice ginger
Ingredient - Seasoning
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
10 tsp water
Direction
Prepare a steamer with boiling water to steam.
Combine all the ingredient on a plate and bring to steamed.
Pour in seasoning and steam for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with warm rice or porridge
