Hey foodies! Today's recipe is Kids favorite chicken nuggets. It's a very tasty and popular snacks. Homemade chicken nuggets are healthier and tastier than the frozen or fast-food options. Make them in a large batch and freeze for later and quick use . Here's how to make chicken nuggets at home from minced chicken....


Golden Chicken Nugget Ingredients : 500 g sliced into small pcs boneless chicken breast Ingredient B - Seasoning Herbs and spices mixed 1 tsp Oregano 1 /2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basil 2 shallot 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp fish sauce 1 tsp chicken granules 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp black pepper powder Ingredient B: 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 slice White Bread 2 tbsp cornflour Ingredient C: For coating 1 cup or sufficient bread crumbs for coating 1 beaten egg Sufficient cooking oil for deep frying. Keep in the fridge for 1 hour before I roll. Direction Wash, Cut chicken fillet into medium slices, add in herbs and spices mixed seasoning to marinate. Leave it to marinated at least 5-6 hours or overnight for the best marinated flavor. In a food processor add marinated chicken meat, cooking oil, 2 slices of white bread and corn flour to blend until smooth texture. Remove and put in a plate to knead until the dough is not sticking to our palms. I am using a plastic scope to measure the size of my dough so they are in consistent size. Scope and roll into a ball until smooth. My dough has the correct texture with this, when I roll they are smooth. Should you find your dough too dry just tap tap some water on your palm and they will roll ok. Roll until complete. Beat an egg in a bowl drop ball shape dough in the bowl and combine well. Next coat them in bread crumbs and set aside.Repeat this process until complete. Chill them in the fridge for 1 hours before frying. In wok heat up sufficient cooking oil for frying. Frying using medium heat Keep stirring so they are evenly golden brown, drain excessive oil. Continue this process to fry batch by batch until complete.
