A: Ingredient
⦁ 500 g fresh Prawns
⦁ 4 tbsp chilly boh paste
⦁ 3 stalk crush lemongrass
⦁ 3 cm crush galangal
⦁ 3 tamarind peels or 1 tbsp tamarind paste
B: Ingredient to blend to become paste
⦁ 8 medium shallot
⦁ 5 cloves garlic
⦁ 2 stalk - estimate 2 inches upper white portion of lemongrass
C: Ingredient Coconut milk
⦁ 100 ml concentrate coconut milk
⦁ 100 ml plain water
D: Seasoning
⦁ 1 tbsp chicken granules powder
⦁ 1 tbsp sugar
⦁ 1 tsp Salt
E: Others
⦁ 3-4 tbsp Cooking oil
F: Garnishing
⦁ 4-5 stalk kaffir leaves
⦁ (You may shred or sliced as per your own preference.)
Direction
⦁ Heat up wok add in 3-4 tbsp cooking oil,
⦁ Add in blended paste, saute for until lightly fragrant add in chilly paste.
⦁ Add in crush lemon grass galanggal, kafir leaves and tamarind peel saute lightly drier and fragrant
⦁ Add in 200 ml coconut milk mixed and stir until well combine
⦁ Add chicken granules, salt and sugar to taste, mixed well and allow it to lightly simmer.
⦁ Taste salty and sweetness according to own preference.
⦁ Lastly add in prawns allow it to simmer once the prawns is cook. Dish up.
