DODOL GULA MELAKA 
Ingredients:
150 g palm sugar (Gula Melaka Enau chop into smallest pieces)
100 ml water
300 g fresh coconut milk
150 g glutinous rice flour
50 g corn oil 

Direction - Step A
In a mixing bowl add in palm sugar and water. stir till dissolve
Add in coconut milk stir, add in glutinous rice by batches until lump free.  
Finally add corn oil stirring till well combine. Sieve using a strainer and set aside.

Direction - Step B
Heat up an iron cast pan using medium - low heat. 
Pour in batter, Constantly stiring non stop.If you are to pause in between, it may cause burn, and will spoil the taste and aroma.
Dodol is completely cooked when a firm shiny paste doesn't stick to the pan.

Direction - Step C
Using a spoon scope into a small plastic. It is around 35-40g each. 
It all depends on the size of your plastic.  Well you may mold and shape as per own preference and you desire.  I preferred using small plastic vs long cylinder dodol shape as this are much convenient when eating vs I got to slice each time when I eat. Shape it according to own preference which suits us best.
