Plum Sauce
Ingredient
5 tbsp Plum sauce
1 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
5 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
Method
Combine the above until become a thick sauce ( don't want watery just nice )
Bring to a boil and dish out ready to pour on the top of Hainanese Chicken.
Note:
I make my own garlic oil ...and I sprinkle on the chicken too
