How to prepare your ginger tea.
Our Genuine bentong ginger is very pure and rich in flavor,
Prepare a cup of 250 ml warm hot water, mix with 1 /2 tsp of ginger powder and stir well.(Or play with the amounts + 0r - of ginger powder to achieve your desired taste.
Some may find the taste very strong and you may like to enjoy different tastes of Bentong Ginger tea by adding :
Lemon slice and suitable amount of honey,
or you may also substitute the honey with brown sugar.
This combination of flavor is good for the beginner who dislike strong ginger's taste.
For health regulation, it is recommend to drink a cup of Bentong Ginger tea everyday in the morning but I would say not really cos it is quite heaty and everybody's body respond differently. Therefore the choice is up to individual .
