TOMATO SAUCE FOR SPHAGETTI OR PASTA













TOMATO SAUCE 

Ingredient 
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic,
1 medium finely chopped onion,
3 fresh tomatoes (boil and mash)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chilly sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar(optional )

Seasoning 
2 tsp  dried mixed herbs
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp grounded black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Corn flour solution ( 1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp plain water)

Direction 
Heat olive oil in a saucepan .  Add garlic and onions saute till fragrant.
Then add mashed tomatoes, tomato & chilly  paste, and all of the seasonings.
Lower heat  to a simmer, stirring occasionally,
Taste for seasoning, adjust if needed as per own salty and sweetness.
Allow to cool down before bottling.
