SWEET AND SOUR CHILLY PRAWNS WITH ULAM RAJA
A: Ingredient
10 Prawns

1 handful of shreded  Ulam Raja

3 tbsp tamarind juice 
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water

B: Ingredient to be blend
5 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
4 soak dried Chilli
10 shallots
4 garlic cloves
1 cm fresh turmeric
1/2  tsp belacan powder

C: Seasoning:
1 tsp chicken granules 
3 tbsp tamarind juice 
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

D: Other
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water

DIRECTION 
Heat oil in a wok,  saute blended  ingredient A until fragrant.
Add in Prawns, add in  seasoning, stir fried till fragrant add in water 
Add in prawns. Simmer until gravy slightly thicken.

Taste according to preference on salty and sweetness.
Add in shredded Ulam Raja. Stirred until well combine
Dish out and serve hot

Add in prawns.
Add in water .Taste according to preference on salty and sweetness.
 Simmer until lightly thicken.

Add in shredded  Ulam Raja. Stirred until well combine. Dish out and serve hot.
