CRISPY PAPRIKA ENOKI MUSHROOM

Ingredient

1 packet of Enoki Mushroom

Ingredient A


70 g Wheat flour (tepung gandum)
15 g rice flour
15 g tapioca flour
125 g water
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken granules powder
 3/4 tsp salt

Others
Sufficient cooking oil for deep frying

Method

1)  Cut Enoki mushroom root away and tear them into smallest pieces. set aside. 
2)  Mixed ingredient A in a mixing bowl till well combine and lumps free.
3)  Prepare a hot wok of cooking for deep frying 
4) Deep enoki  mushroom into the mixing bowl batter and shake excessive batter before laying them in wok for deep frying. 
5) Keep flipping till both sides are evenly golden brown 
6) Ready to serve.. our crunchy crunchy crispy enoki
