PORK MINCED MEAT BALL WITH SALTED EGG YOKE IN JAPANESE SWEET SAUCE








 Pork Meat ball with Salted egg yoke in Japanese Sweet Sauce

Ingredient A
250 g mince pork 
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch 
1 salted egg yoke 
a few dashes of white pepper
some chop spring onion leaves

Combine the above ingredient well beat it a few times
Marinate the above ingredient for 30 minutes.
Roll into ball shape @ 50 g each 
(Damp both your hands with water then roll to get a smoother ball)

In a high heat steamer .. steam for 10-15 minutes.. 

Japanese Sweet Sauce

4-6 tbsp Japanese sweet sauce
12 tbsp plain water
1/2 tsp cornstarch 

Simmer the above sauce and pour onto the mince meat ball.


Below is the image of Japanese sweet sauce I am using bought from  Aeon Jusco. 
You may also use any or brand of Japanes sweet sauce.
