Sprinkle some tapioca flour when need should it be a little sticky or sprinkle some drop of water should it be dry. Every brand of flour absorption to water react differently. |
Wrap the log dough using a non stick parchment paper and store in the fridge for one hour or more.This is allow the dough to firmed up and sustain it's shape. |

Ready to be dried in the hot hot sun .. It took me 2 days.. Ensure the sun is super hot..otherwise please continue to dry them . It should look slightly transparent as it dries up. |
