STEAMED PANDAN EGGLESS SPONGE CUPCAKE
Ingredients A
250 gm Cake flour (superfine)
120 gm sugar
2 tbsp pandan paste flavor
20 g Kara cream coconut 
250 ml  water
1 teaspoon double action baking powder
1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 tbsp cooking oil 

Prepare a steamer 
Direction 
Mixed and combine ingredient A till smooth into batter
Add in the oil an combine till smooth. 
Set aside until the  batter rise till double volume. 
Stir the batter to release the air and scope into a cupcake mould 90% full.
Steam  using high heat for 25 - 30  minutes or till well steamed. 

Tips:
Do not open the steamer lid until at least 25 minutes or till cooked otherwise the sponge cupcakes may sink.
