HEAT UP A WOK.. ADD IN COOKING OIL AND MEDIUM HEAT ..KEEP FRYING TO AVOID BURN AND EVENLY COOKED.




REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AS SOON IT IS EVENLY BROWN 

REMOVE FROM WOK AND SET ASIDE NOTICE THE COLOUR IS LIGHTER BROWN 

AFTER 10 MINUTES OR SO..YOU WILL NOTICE THE CASHEW NUTS TURN BROWNER..

READY AND DONE..SPRINKLE SALT AND BUTTER (OPTIONAL) AS PER OWN PREFERENCE
