STEAM FISH IN  HOME MAKE THAI CHILLY SAUCE
Ingredient  A
4 Ikan kembung or Temenong
100 ml Caamansi Juice (Add this lastly)
some mint leaves for garnishing

Ingredients B
100 ml  home make thai chilly sauce (or ready bought thai chilly sauce)
200 ml water
2 chopped fresh red chilly
1 chopped fresh red chilly padi (Optional)
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
6 clove chopped garlic
1/4 piece chopped from one ring gula melaka
1 tbsp chopped dried fried prawns

Direction 
Heat a saucepan low heat

Pour in Ingredient B into a saucepan and simmer till well combine and set aside.
Take less then 5-8 minutes to simmer

Prepare a steamer with boiling water

When it is hot boiling add in  fish in a steamer for estimate 10 minutes

Pour in thai chilly sauce and continue to steam for another 5 minutes.
Pour in lime juice lastly. (Taste salty and sweetness according to own prefrence)

Garnish and sprinkle mints leaves on a plate

Place the steamed fish on the garnish plate and serve hot.
