MIXED VEGETABLE 

Ingredient A
100 g chicken fillet cut into slices.
Marinate with some salt and  1 tsp oyster sauce set aside to marinate (20 minutes)

Ingredient B
Broccoli
Carrots (Blanch carrot to soften )
Snow pea

1 tbsp of minced garlic

Seasoning sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken granules.
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp Shaoxing chinese wine
a pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar to taste.(optional)
200 ml water

1 tbsp  cornstarch + 5 tbsp water (Cornstarch solution )
2- 3 dashes of white pepper

Direction
Heat up a wok and add 4 tbsp cooking oil. Saute garlic till lightly brown and fragrant
Add in marinate chicken fillet fry till fragrant
Add in seasoning sauce fried till well combine ..
Add in white pepper.. taste salty and sweetness according to own preference .
Once well combine
Add in cornstarch solution till slightly thicken.
Dish up and serve hot.

Tips:
Taste salty and sweetness according to own preference
If you find the gravy is too thick or thin..add or reduce water according to own preference
You can also add in any type of veg according to own preference.
