Fried Vermicillie/Beehoon
500 g soak beehoon
200 g fresh bean sprout
5 eggs
5 tbsp cooking oil for frying eggs.
10 tbsp cooking oil for frying beehoon.
Seasoning (blend them together)
1 tbsp chicken granules powder
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
