CLAYPOT FLOWER CRAB SOUP - WITH GINGER & PEPPER










  


























Ingredient

2 Flower crabs~ wash, clean and cut
4 slices Ginger
1 clove chop garlic
700 ml  water

Seasoning 
1 tbsp chicken stock granules
1/2 tsp salt
a few dashes of white pepper
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Method:
Boil 700 ml  of water with in a clay pot
Add in ginger and garlic bring to a boil
Add in flower crab, add in seasoning to taste
and allow it to simmer until cook.
Serve hot .
