BROWN SOFT SUGAR SPONGE CUPCAKES
Ingredient
3 eggs
100 g brown soft sugar
80 g fresh coconut milk or (50 g Kara brand creamy milk + 30 g water)
50 ml oil
140 g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Direction step by step
1) Preheat oven to 150 c
2) Separate 3 eggs into yolk and egg white set aside
3) In a bowl combined cake flour, baking powder and soda and mixed well ..set aside
Let's start with the egg yoke
4) Beat 3 egg yoke, add oil and coconut milk until well combine set aside
5) Beat egg white until lightly bubble add brown soft sugar in 3 batches.
Fold cake flours in 3 batches gently using a spatula until well incorporated
Pour into own preference cupcake and bake in preheated oven.
