BONELESS CHICKEN BREAD CRUMBS WITH KEWPIE SAUCE



Kewpie Roasted sauce 

Marinated chicken, 2 beaten eggs and bread crumbs

Marinate boneless chicken for 4 hours and coat with tapioca flour 
Coat boneless chicken with bread crumbs

Deep fried boneless chicken 


BONELESS CHICKEN BREAD

Ingredient A

400 g Boneless chicken ( I am using the breast part)
1 tbsp oyster sauce 
1 tsp chicken ganule powder 
1 tsp salt 

Ingredient B

Bread crumbs 
2 beaten eggs
kewpie roast sesame sauce

Direction 

Marinate ingredient A in a bowl combine well set aside for 4 hours

Coat chicken with tapioca flour ( allow it to rest for 5 minutes)

Coat chicken into eggs and then coat into bread crumbs

Deep fried chicken 

Drain on a paper towel and serve hot and drizzle kewpie sauce on boneless chicken.
