TOMYAM MIXED SOTONG & PRAWN SAMBAL WITH NESTUM ORIGINAL CEREAL



Tomyam Mixed Sotong & Prawns Sambal with Nestum original cereal

Ingredient 
  • 15 pcs sotong (cut into halves)
  • 100 g  prawns
  • 8 small  Onions (chop into smallest )
  • 5 garlic (chopped into smallest )
  • 1 tbsp chopped dried prawns
Seasoning
  • 2 tsp tomyam sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chicken granules
Nestum Original cereal using 4-5 tbsp
Salt and sugar to taste according to own preference.

Direction 
  • Heat up a wok add in chopped onion, garlic and dried prawns till lightly fragrant
  • Add in seasoning and add 1/2 cup water to simmer till slightly dry..
  • Add in sotong and prawns to simmer for another 5 minutes..
  • Taste gravy according to own preference,
  • finally sprinkle nestum to gravy mixed well.
  • Dishes and serve.
